Dalam sebuah riwayat menyatakan bahwa ada seorang lelaki tua sedang berjalan-jalan di tepi sungai, ketika dia berjalan-jalan dia terlihat seorang anak kecil sedang mengambil wudhu' sambil menangis.
Saat ini gerimis kembali membasahi bumi kuantan di pagi ahad, belum sempat embun pagi kering, rintk-rintik hujan sudah mula membasahkan kembali tanah.
Saat ini jugalah saya mendapat berita pemergian nenekku yang tersayang, tatkala saya sedang I’adah untuk exam tahfiz pada esok hari. Bercucuran air mata mengenangkan. Tambahan pula abah berkata, tak perlulah balik rumah kerana saya tengah minggu exam skrang ini. Masih ada lagi 5 exam yang belum selesai.
Ya Allah, cukuplah inzar itu…seminggu dua ini saya sudah mendapat banyak berita kematian, antaranya ayah kepada sahabat saya,wan maizatul akmal (uia Gombak), ayah kepada kak farah (uia kuantan), datuk kepada Fatimah amirah, seorang sahabat seperjuangan di kampus uniten yang juga merupakan ex-polisas dan beberapa orang lagi. Kini, mendapat berita kematian ahli keluarga saya sendiri. Patutlah hati rasa tidak tenang, rupanya ada suatu perkara yang akan berlaku. Jika sebelum ini, tiada air mata yang mengalir, namun kini bukan setakat air mata yang mengalir, perlu tabahkan hati juga tambahan pula sekarang sedang fatrah final exam.
Terasa sedih bila mengenangkan tidak banyak masa dapat diluangkan bersama nenek kerana berjauhan tempat belajar, terasa kesal juga kerana kali terakhir pulang ke rumah selepas cuti raya dulu tidak dapat bermesra lama dengan nenek kerana kesibukan kenduri walimah kakak dan abang saya. Bila saya pulang ke rumah, emak pasti akan mengkhabarkan perkembangan terkini nenek pada saya dan menyuruh saya menziarahi nenek kerana saya jarang pulang ke rumah.
Saat ini barulah saya mengenang kembali kenangan bersama nenek, semasa kecil suka berjalan ke rumah nenek bermain-main dengan sepupu saya. Rumah nenek bersebelahan dengan rumah saya. Bila menghantar makanan ke rumahnya, saya pasti akan mencari dan menegur nenek. Ketika itulah nenek akan bertanya, lama tak nampak saya, bila balik cuti, berapa lama lagi nak habis belajar dan macam-macam lagi pertanyaan dia. Kini, tiada lagi nenek yang akan bertanya soalan-soalan itu semua.
Nenek sudah lama sakit. Saya pun tidak pasti apa penyakit sebenar dia, yang pasti banyak jugalah. Mungkin saya boleh katakan dia sakit tua. Sebelum ini, nenek pernah dimasukkan ke hospital dan ramai anak cucunya datang melawat. Kali terakhir saya jumpa nenek dia sudah boleh berjalan sikit dengan bertongkat, kadang-kadang dia tidak boleh bangun, hanya terbaring sahaja.
Jika sebelum ini apabila makcik-makcik bertnya, saya ambil jurusan apa, saya katalah bioperubatan. Ada pula yang respon “nanti jadilah doctor, boleh rawat dan kaji penyakit nenek”. Saya hanya tersenyum dan mengangguk sahaja. insyAllah, abah juga pernah berkata perkara yang sama pada saya;
“kau jadilah doctor, Nanti bila mak abah dah tua dan sakit, senang la nak rawat”.
Ohh..tidak!! ayat-ayat yang saya tidak boleh dengar sebab mesti akan rasa sayu, sedih dan hiba. Because of..

Saya sayang nenek, semoga nenek ditempatkan bersama-sama orang yang soleh. Semoga dirimu tenang dan aman di sana.
Sayangilah orang disekeliling anda selagi mereka masih ada...nikmat pertemuan di tangan Tuhan
Setiap yang bernyawa, pasti akan mati. Janji Allah itu benar lagi pasti. Ya Allah, cukuplah peringatanMu itu buatku. Semoga aku tidak lalai dalam mentaati-MU..
Kini, kering sudah air mata. Berhajat mahu menyudahkan study RKUD (philosophy of science) dan beralih ke nota-nota biostatistics pula..

Several terms are used to describe congenital abnormalities. (Some of these are also used to describe noncongenital conditions, and more than one term may apply in an individual condition.)
A congenital physical anomaly is an abnormality of the structure of a body part. An anomaly may or may not be perceived as a problem condition. Many, if not most, people have one or more minor physical anomalies if examined carefully. Examples of minor anomalies can include curvature of the 5th finger , a third nipple, tiny indentations of the skin near the ears (preauricular pits), shortness of the 4th metacarpal bones, or dimples over the lower spine. Some minor anomalies may be clues to more significant internal abnormalities.
Birth defect is a widely-used term for a congenital malformation, i.e. a congenital, physical anomaly which is recognizable at birth, and which is significant enough to be considered a problem. According to the CDC, most birth defects are believed to be caused by a complex mix of factors including genetics, environment, and behaviors, though many birth defects have no known cause.
Cell division errors can be due to a lack of nutrients or availability of atomic building blocks, or the presence of toxin that impede normal growth. Division errors which occur very early in the development of a multicellular organism can result in large scale structural and functional differences in the organism's final shape. For example it is now understood that a lack of folic acid in the diet of a mother can cause cellular neural tube deformities that result in spina bifida
External physical shocks or constrainment due to growth in a restricted space, may result in unintended deformation or separation of cellular structures resulting in an abnormal final shape or damaged structures unable to function as expected.
For multicellular organisms that develop in a womb, the physical interference or presence of other similarly developing organisms such as twins can result in the two cellular masses being integrated into a larger whole, with the combined cells attempting to continue to develop in a matter that satisfies the intended growth patterns of both cell masses. The two cellular masses can compete with each other, and may either duplicate or merge various structures. This results in conditions such as conjoined twins, and the resulting merged organism may die at birth when it must leave the life-sustaining environment of the womb and must attempt to sustain its biological processes independentlyHistoric High Water The lake fluctuates from month to month with the highest lake levels in October and November. The normal highwater mark is 2.00 feet (0.61 m) above datum (577.5 ft or 176.0 meters). In the summer of 1986, Lakes Michigan and Huron reached their highest level at 5.92 feet (1.80 m) above datum. The high water records began in February 1986 and lasted through the year, ending with January 1987. Water levels ranged from 3.67 feet (1.12 m) to 5.92 feet (1.80 m) above Chart Datum.
Historic Low Water Lake levels tend to be the lowest in winter. The normal lowwater mark is 1.00 foot (0.30 m) below datum (577.5 ft or 176.0 meters). In the winter of 1964, Lakes Michigan and Huron reached their lowest level at 1.38 feet (0.42 m) below datum. As with the highwater records, monthly low water records were set each month from February 1964 through January 1965. During this twelve month period water levels ranged from 1.38 feet (0.42 m) to 0.71 feet (0.22 m) below Chart Datum.
